La tabula is conceived here in the form of a walk talk, i.e. a stroll through the collections of the library's Permanent Museum, where some of the finest treasures, such as Gutemberg's famous 42-line Bible, are on display.
The itinerary, which takes the public from table to table, is built around 11 stops designed to create a pertinent dialogue between the themes of the notebooks and the works on display.
This tabula is scheduled as an event in Leipzig during the last week of March 2025, on the occasion of Germany's second-largest publishing trade fair.
