tabula
poland

With the complicity of our old friend, Professor Lukasz Sadowski, we have concocted a new journey beyond our borders, in Poland, following an itinerary punctuated by three stops: the Lodz Design Center, then the Warsaw Association of Art Historians, and finally the French Institute of Poland, in Warsaw.

The first stop on the Polish tour was the Lodz Design Center, as part of the annual Ecomake festival. The Tabula performance has been programmed and conceived as a final bouquet following conferences bringing together art school teachers from all over the country.

Our journey continued in Warsaw, at the very offices of the Association of Polish Art Historians, located at the foot of the famous historic Stare Miasto square. Hosting the tabula in one of the association's salons, where a well-informed audience awaited us, gave a more intimate feel to the performance.

Nicolas Boisselier welcomed us to the media library of the French Institute, where we were able to present a tabula in two versions, English and French.

It was a pleasant surprise to find an old friend from the arts déco school, Ruedi Baur, who was in Poland for a workshop :)
