musée de vire

Starting in 2015, we were entrusted with redesigning the visual identity of the Musée de Vire, as well as the functional signage and exhibition graphics for its permanent tour.

We decided to keep the "pixelated" look of the old logo, but used the coat of arms of the town of Vire to create the new emblem of this municipal museum. The blazon in pixel form resembles a face, which we declined into numerous emojis, and although the building was listed as a historical monument, we were able to install eight emojis on the façade of the museum, symbolizing the reunion of the eight adjacent communes in 2016 to form Vire-Normandie.
